Designs are inspired by photos but are not exact replicas. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. All deliveries are contactless. Flowers will be left in a safe location at the recipient’s door if no one is available. Please ensure delivery details are accurate and notify the recipient of the delivery unless otherwise requested. Delivery times are not guaranteed and occur within our scheduled delivery window. Once delivered, flowers become the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for arrangements affected by weather conditions, incorrect addresses, delays in pickup, or flowers left outside after delivery.
